Now, only if companies had CultureGrams. Too often people forget we serve the culture, not the other way around. Some ridiculous efforts even go so far as to depend on ‘culture change’ for success. For example, we’ve heard a lot of people say, ‘We need to create a knowledge sharing culture.’ Good grief! Don’t try it, it will never work.
